Ben’s background started in Tae kwon-do through his teenage years he then turned to Kyokushin karate under John Hallford, this followed on to kickboxing and boxing. In 2002 he ventured to Thailand on the ever popular IK tour to train at the WMC camp to then successfully fight at Lamai stadium. After numerous visits and fights in Thailand he decided that Muay Thai was the path to follow
